Sea Ranch Lakes is a highly sought after gated community in Southern Florida. The Village of Sea Ranch Lakes was established in 1959 by the Gore family and is located on the east coast of Florida in the center of Broward County. The village is surrounded by the seaside vacation tourists’ destination of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It is located on a barrier island off the northeast tip of Fort Lauderdale. The area is popularly known by sea lovers as the “Shore Diving Capital of South Florida”. The Village has just over 200 residential properties that include homes on the Intracoastal Waterway, lake front homes and homes on dry lots. The city is approximately 0.2 square miles and runs from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean with two fresh water lakes in the middle of the community, Lake Seneca and Lake Cayuga.
